Questions
Essentials or Abstracts: how do I choose?
They're alternatives, not tiers: Essentials is ticketing without a call for papers, Abstracts is a call for papers without ticketing. Pick whichever matches your event, or skip both and go straight to Complete if you need both.
What happens if my event grows past 500?
Upgrade to Mega at any time from your dashboard. You only pay the difference from what you've already paid toward your current plan.
Is this a subscription?
No, every plan here is a one-time payment per conference, for that event's full run. Add-ons are one-time per conference too, not per account — buy one again for your next event.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes, and it's not just a preview: Community is free, and you can publish for real and collect up to 50 real submissions on it, no payment required. You pay once you need registration/ticketing, more than 50 submissions, or a paid plan's other features.
Do I need to buy the AI add-on to try AI features?
No. Every conference, on every plan, can turn on a small free AI trial right from its dashboard, no payment required — reviewer matching, abstract clustering, and submission screening, on a basic AI model. Buy the AI add-on any time for a much bigger quota and the option to switch to Edantis Private (EU-hosted).
